Jessica Izzi

Jessica is responsible for the management of all customer service at MBCIC. She works closely with plan sponsors on all levels of plan management, from ordering enrollment materials and coordinating participant workshops, to assisting our plans with day-to-day service support. Jessica is also involved in the benchmarking analysis process we complete for existing and prospective clients.

Jessica graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing. Prior to joining MBCIC, she was a Marketing Consultant for ING Financial Advisers.

Jessica resides in Plymouth, Michigan with her husband, Chris and their three children.
